My “end of solid front axles in anything other than a Wrangler or heavy duty truck,” collection.

Yeah I guess you could argue the 105 series, but not USDM, and not old enough to import yet.

And also there’s the G Wagen, but I’m just a poor boy, from a poor family. So spare me, my life, from that monstrosity

I also have no desire to own a Bronco or K5.

Did I miss any?

You’ll obviously need an XJ cherokee.

At first I was thinking “trying to keep it to nameplates still in production.”

Then I was like “oh.”

An ‘87 K1500 or ‘91 Suburban probably wouldn’t appeal, given your “no K5" rule.

Others that come to mind:

‘79 F150

‘01 Ram 1500

Actually I forgot the Burb used to have a live axle. My dad had a K5 for about 30 days. Biggest hunk of shit ever. Doesn’t mean they all are. But still.

‘01 Ram is a good suggestion.
